How to Permanently Delete Your Temu Account

Temu allows you to delete your account from within the app or website. Deletion removes your profile, order history and saved details, and any credits or coupons on the account are lost.

Before deleting, make sure all orders have arrived and refunds are settled — after deletion you can’t open a dispute from the account.

• Wait for deliveries and refunds to complete.
• Remove saved payment cards and addresses.
• Revoke linked logins (Google, Apple, Facebook) after deletion.
• Request your data through Temu’s privacy settings if you want a copy.

How to delete your Temu account

1. Open the Temu app (or temu.com) and go to You (your profile).
2. Tap Settings, then Account security.
3. Tap Delete your Temu account and read the conditions.
4. Confirm, enter the verification code if asked, and submit.
5. If you can’t find the option, use Temu’s privacy settings or customer service to request deletion.

Privacy tip
